Brett had his Bible recovered 25 years ago by a college room mate. He found a hide of leather at a garage sale and started recovering Bibles for friends. While doing this someone gave him a hide and he continued to grow in understand the craft. After 20 years of recovering bibles, while early in the launch of the ministry, Wisdom's House, he needed a tent-making profession and recovering Bibles seemed like a good idea . . . so he started Recover The Bible. Since then he has continued to improve the leather selection and finish while providing life long bible covers for brother and sisters who are followers of Christ.
